Our goal at First Fridays China Adoption Journey is to ensure that no family feels lost or alone in the adoption process. We are a community dedicated to praying for one another from the time a family begins considering adoption and throughout the life of the children they raise. If at any time you need prayer or support for any reason, please let us know what we can pray for in your life.
We also encourage you to visit our Devotions Page to hear stories from families just like your own that have had to experience the "wait." We have all learned just how amazing God is through the trials we face, and the adoption process is certainly no different.
If you are in the "waiting" process, you can already be praying for your child even though you may not even know his or her name yet or what they even look like. Those prayers could include:
-Pray for God's protection over them.
-Pray for your child's health and wellbeing.
-Pray that your child may be comforted and loved each day.
-Pray for your child's eternal salvation.
-Pray for your child's emotional, physical, and spiritual strength.
-Pray that your child will have a passion for God.
-Pray that your child may have a teachable spirit.
